Shipping And Returns

We accept payment for online purchases through PayPal. Credit card owners can pay through PayPal without a PayPal account.

Texas State residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

Full payment is due with the purchase of stock items. Orders not paid within 24 hours will be canceled and items relisted in the shop. Pieces “made to order” will not start until payment has cleared through PayPal. Items made “specially for you” or custom designed pieces require a non-refundable 50% deposit to begin the design process. The balance due will require payment before shipment.

Every effort is made to ship your purchase within two day from time payment has cleared. We will notify you as soon as your order has been delivered to shipper.

SHIPPING

We ship USPS Priority Mail flat rate box with insurance and your signature will be required upon delivery. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit by the shipper. Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska may require additional costs depending on shipper.

For custom or made to order items, the item is shipped as soon as it is completed. These items may take several weeks to complete, depending on our order volume. We will contact you with expected completion time.

We do not ship Internationally at this time.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Prior to ordering contact us with your questions regarding any piece of jewelry. We make every effort to provide descriptive images and information about our jewelry.
Accommodations can be made for returns if the ‘in-stock’ item does not meet your expectations. You need to contact us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation with the reason for the return. Note that the items should be in pristine condition for return and shipping is the buyer's expense. We urge you to purchase insurance. We cannot issue refunds for items we do NOT receive.

If an item should arrive damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery signature date). We will need photos of the item and the packaging along with information about the damage. We will make every effort to work with you. If the shipper damages the item you will need to file with them.

Our jewelry is shipped in a gift box with soft cotton batting to protect it. If it arrives defective in some way, a broken chain or bent ear wire, for example we will repair or replace at our discretion.

Our jewelry is handmade and not machine made. Small imperfections such as tool marks, variations in dark patinas, or other slight irregularities are not indications of flaws, but rather an indication of human hands creating this piece for you.

Custom orders or made-to-order are not returnable. These items are made to your specifications and requirements.

JEWELRY CARE

To bring out the details of our textures, patinas are applied to our jewelry. Chemical jewelry cleaners will remove this patina. Jewelry polishing clothes will quickly and easily brighten the raised highlights while leaving the patina in the recesses. We often use high karat silvers such fine silver (.999) and Argentium silver (.935). These silvers are very slow to tarnish unless you live in a high sulphur area. The best way to minimize tarnish and warm the patina further is to wear you jewelry.

It is important not to expose your silver jewelry to harsh chemicals. Remove necklaces, earrings, and bracelets before going to bed, participating in physical activity, swimming in pools or salt water. Cosmetics, perfumes, chlorine, salt water to list a few can damage silver jewelry.

An easy way to clean your jewelry is to you a mild detergent diluted in warm water. Gently message the jewelry with a soft cloth. Do not use hard bristles or tumblers.

DO NOT clean any of our jewelry with pearls. All cleaners will damage the pearls nacre.
Items damage caused by improper care or cleaning of the jewelry cannot be returned.
